Nature of Service
Please note that because we provide digital art design services, the delivered work cannot be returned or resold once it has been sent. Therefore, our refund policy applies only in cases where the agreement has not been met.

Refund Policy
Refund Requests: If you are not satisfied with the completed project, you must submit a refund request within 7 business days of receiving the final design. Please provide a detailed explanation of the problem and any supporting materials so that we can better understand your concerns.
Non-Refundable Situations: The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Work that has been delivered and the client has expressed satisfaction and approved the final design.
Work where the client has not provided timely feedback or communicated as agreed.

Modifications and Adjustments
Free Modifications: After project completion, we will allow clients to submit modification requests within a specified timeframe. We will do our best to accommodate these modification requests to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Additional Fees: If the changes requested by the client exceed the scope of the initial agreement, additional fees may apply. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent.

Refund Processing
Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
